Your IELTS results

You can view your IELTS scores by logging in to the IELTS candidate portal. The scoring of IELTS tests follows strict international standards, ensuring that your results are reliable and valid. The results for a computer-based IELTS test are typically available within 1-5 days after the test session, while the scoring and release of paper-based IELTS test results take longer, with scores being available on the 13th day after the test, unless otherwise specified in the information provided by your test centre.

OFFICIAL TEST REPORT FORM

A paper copy of your official Test Report Form (TRF), reflecting your IELTS scores, will be issued 13 days after the paper-based test unless otherwise noted by your test centre. This form is an official record of your performance, including your scores for each of the four test sections: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. The TRF will be sent to you via registered mail or can be collected in person at our Examination Centre.

For those taking the computer-based IELTS test, the scoring process is expedited, with an online certificate containing your scores available within 1 to 5 calendar days from the date of the exam. If you need a physical copy, you may request a paper version of your Test Report Form. To proceed, please contact us at ielts@lang.com.pl.

If you wish to collect your TRF in person or send an authorised person to collect it on your behalf, please notify us by email in advance.

The original copies of your TRF, along with your IELTS scores, can also be sent directly to the institutions to which you are applying. We can send up to five additional copies free of charge. When booking your test, please provide the addresses of the relevant institutions or contact us via email with this information.

If the institution you are applying to participates in the IELTS Test Report Form Verification Service, they will be able to access your scores electronically. We can verify this for you if you provide the institution’s complete address.

Release of additional TRF copies, beyond the initial five free copies, is a paid service. The cost is 36 PLN per copy. To request extra copies, you will need to provide the institution’s address and complete the Application for Additional Test Report Form. Once completed, we will send the TRF and your IELTS scores directly to the institution.

If your test centre has been closed, additional test report forms can be ordered directly from ielts.org.
